New Mexico Water Service Selects Cynthia Apodaca as New General Manager
RIO COMMUNITIES, N.M.—New Mexico Water Service (New Mexico Water) announced today that Cynthia Apodaca has been selected to lead the New Mexico business unit as General Manager. She succeeds Jeremiah Mecham, who is now a District Manager at California Water Service, a sister company to New Mexico Water.
Apodaca, who has served as the Interim General Manager since April, started her career with New Mexico Water in 2002 as Controller. Prior to joining New Mexico Water, she spent 10 years in managerial roles with local New Mexico companies. Apodaca has a Master of Business Administration from the University of New Mexico and a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix.
